This is a pair of vintage, brass taper candlestick holders from the mid-1900s. The holders have a round base with the main stem rising up to a height of 3" with a 3 3/4" diameter. The holders are very well-made, with the cups securely screwed to the base. They can be unscrewed for easy cleaning. The base has a ribbed rim and that adds character to the holder. The set comes with a snuffer. It has a swiveled bell that extends from an 11" long handle. This pair of candlestick holders and snuffer set show very good craftmanship in their classic simplicity. They are in perfect condition and display very well individually or as a set or as part of an ensemble.
